Prokon Technical Assistance:
- Email support: 48 hour response time
- Maximum two named callers
- Logging of your support queries
ProGold
All the features of ProSilver plus:
- Email support: 24 hour response time
- Telephonic support: Business hours from 08:30 to 17:00
- Maximum five named callers
