Adding License Set Users

Account Administrators and License Managers can add users to license sets in Lima.

1. Login to Lima

2. Click My Licenses

3. Select the desired license number

4.  Select the desired license set

5. Scroll down to the License Set Users table and click Add

6. Enter the email address(es) in the dialogue and click Ok

Note: You can copy and paste a list of up to 200 email address from a spreadsheet or text file

7. Click Ok to confirm the addition

The License Set Users table will display the recently added user(s).

Note: If a user requires access to more than one license set, repeat this process for each set.
