Bulk Removal of License Set Users

Account Administrators and License Manager can bulk remove users from license sets in Lima.

1. Login to Lima

2. Click My Licenses

3. Select the desired license number

4. Select the relevant license set

5. Scroll down to the License Set Users table and click Remove

6. Select an option from the Delete by drop-down menu:

a) User List option: Select multiple users from the list to remove and click Ok to confirm

b) Prokon Id or Email List option: Enter the ID’s or email addresses in the dialogue and click Ok to confirm

c) All Users option: Removes all users in the selected License Set, click Ok to confirm the removal
