Units of measurement

All modules use metric units of measurement. Most (but not all) modules are capable of using Imperial (English) units of measurement as well.

Where both sets of units are supported, program input is interchangeable between the two systems. Modules that support Imperial units of measurement display basic design results in Imperial units, but all detailed design calculation are given in metric units only.
