Once full payment has been received, a license to use the purchased eLearning course(s) will be granted. This license is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable, and is subject to the rights and obligations granted under all Prokon Software Limited Terms and Conditions. This license is personal to you and cannot be shared or exchanged with others.
Once you have been enrolled, no refunds will be given.
Prokon Software limited develops, distributes, and maintains the eLearning courses. Prokon Software Limited will manage your access to the PROKON Academy portal, and provide support to you, where necessary.
All courses will be valid for 90 days from the day of enrollment. It is your responsibility, as the learner, to ensure that all courses are completed within the allocated time. Certificates must be downloaded within 30 days after course expiration, whereafter the certificate will not be available for download.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the minimum PROKON System Requirements are met, including compatible hardware, software, and internet service. It is your responsibility to have the latest version of PROKON installed and activated, and agreed to the EULA.
